What other options are available?

Porcelain veneers aren’t the only option that patients can consider for covering imperfect teeth. Other solutions that your dentist might recommend are composite resin bonding or orthodontic work. The benefit of composite resin bonding is that it can typically be completed in one appointment, however, this material is not stain resistant and not as life-like, and will need to be replaced more often than a veneer. For some patients orthodontic treatment like traditional braces, Six Month Smiles, or Invisalign is a good option for addressing misaligned teeth, but orthodontic work does take more time, anywhere from six months to 2 years.
